Returning after Summer Holidays:
Thursday 31st August 2023

October 2022 mid-term break: All schools will close from Monday 30th October to Friday 3rd November 2023 inclusive. 

Christmas 2022:
All schools will close on Friday 22nd of December 2023 at 12 noon.
All schools will re-open on Monday 8th January 2024.

February Bank Holiday:
Closed Monday 5th February 2024.

February 2023 mid-term break:
Closed Thursday 15th February and Friday 16th February 2024.

St. Patrick’s Bank Holiday:
Closed Monday 18th March 2024.

Easter 2023: 
All schools will close on Friday 22nd March 2024 at 12 noon.
All schools will re-open on Monday 8th April 2024. 

Circular 0072/2022 
Where contingency arrangements are required to make up time lost due to unforeseen school closures the school authority may reduce the length of the Easter break by remaining open up to and including Wednesday 27th March 2024. 


May Bank Holiday: Closed Monday 6th May to Friday 10th May 2024 inclusive. 

June Bank Holiday: Closed Monday 3rd June 2024.

Summer Closing: Friday 28th June 2024 at 12 noon.
